Swig will be a sea of green on Tuesday in celebration of St Paddy's day. This should be a full blown session here that's for sure with a heavy portion of live Irish music and Guinness on the menu. Local Irish band James Downes And The Sad Franks will be headlining this one covering everything from U2, Thin Lizzy to The Pogues. Co Cork native Jenny Mac will be providing the support on the night blasting out the best of Irish ballads. A powerful singer who features regularly here at Swig for the Sunday nights Blues Jam. Local Irish Dj Chris Orr will be spinning everything Irish for the latter part of the evening.
