It's a Hometown Halloween Parade where costumed kids and adults line up at Main and Pearl to march downtown and trick or treat at the merchant stores displaying orange and black balloons, making it a safe environment for them. Come early and bring your pet in costume to the Pet Costume Contest that starts at 1pm at the corner of Main and Pearl St. Lots of photo opportunities as the Flintstones, the cast from the Wizard of OZ and more are all dressed up and a part of amazing backdrops for photos with the whole familiy.
